Lagos LG poll: Bariga LCDA APC chairmanship candidate, Adedeji casts vote, commends LASIEC
Hon Bukola Adedeji, APC chairmanship candidate for Bariga Local Council Development Authority (LCDA), has commended the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) over the peaceful conduct of the election.
Adedeji, who cast her vote at exactly 9:30am at polling unit 008 Ward F, praised the electoral umpire for the transparency, free and fair process of the election.
“I must commend LASIEC for the peaceful conduct of this election. All the reports that I have received point to the fact that LASIEC officials are doing wonderfully well across the LCDA,” Adedeji said.
She also hailed the peaceful conduct of the electorate, stating that the people of the LCDA are laying good examples that others should emulate.
Adedeji said she is confident of victory. According to her, the people of the LCDA have seen the development programmes that the APC has implemented and are happy with the party.
“The people are happy with us. The APC has brought unprecedented development to Bariga LCDA. We are the party to beat.”
