The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has declared Speed Darlington wanted for alleged rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.
On May 27, Darlington sparked outrage on social media after openly admitting to having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
The backlash drew the attention of authorities, prompting the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) to intervene.
The DSVA, however, clarified that while the exact location of the incident remained unknown, its jurisdiction covers only Lagos.
As a result, the agency escalated the matter to NAPTIP for further investigation. NAPTIP has since invited Darlington for questioning.
In a post via X on Friday, the agency shared a photo of the controversial singer while urging the public to alert them “immediately” if there is any information on his whereabouts.
“Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, is wanted in connection with alleged offences including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking,” the post reads.
“Anyone with credible information on his whereabouts is urged to contact NAPTIP immediately.”

The notice comes a month after Okoye failed to honour the agency’s invitation for questioning.
