President Bola Tinubu is currently meeting Ibokette Ibas, the newly appointed sole administrator of Rivers state, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, according to TheCable,
Ibas, a former chief of naval staff, arrived at the state house at 12:50 pm for the meeting, hours after the Tinubu imposed emergency rule in Rivers.
