President Bola Tinubu has reassigned new portfolios of ten members of his cabinet.
They include John Enoh, minister of sports development; Yusuf Sununu, minister of state for education; and Ayodele Olawande, minister of state for youth development; Morufu Alausa, minister of state for health; and Abubakar Momoh, minister of Niger Delta development.
Others are Uba Ahmadu, minister of state steel development; Doris Uzoka-Anite, minister of industry, trade and investment; Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, minister of state for police affairs; Bello Goronyo, minister of state for water resources and sanitation; and Salako Adeboye, minister of state for environment.
The ministers were assigned new roles during the federal executive council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.
Alausa was upgraded to minister of education, with Enoh redeployed as the minister of state trade and investment (industry).
Goronyo will resume as minister of state for works, and Olawande as the new minister for youth development.
Sulaiman-Ibrahim was redeployed as minister of women affairs, with Uzoka-Anite as the new minister of state for finance.
