The Lagos State Government has arrested some miscreants who were seen charging pedestrians N100 to use a makeshift crossover bridge at the Trade Fair area of the state.
This was made known in a statement by the state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, on X.com.
The arrests came after a citizen, #ARISE0214, reported the extortion on Wednesday, following heavy rainfall in the area.
