The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the September 6 judgment of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
The court, in the unanimous judgment, resolved all the seven issues canvassed by Atiku in his petition in favour of Tinubu while affirming the victory of the All Progressives Congress in the election as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
They unanimously held that the appeal is bereft of merit and is hereby dismissed.
