Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has come out strongly against his father, Pete Edochie, following the elder Edochie’s bombshell interview where he distanced himself from Judy Austin.
But taking to his Facebook page, where he has become active, Yul stated that many people don’t know the real story.
Sharing a video of Judy Austin, who was then pregnant, meeting Pete Edochie, he stated further that this is how it all began.
“Many people don’t know the real story. The real story will come out soon. Chief Pete Edochie, Judy Austin, Yul Edochie.
This is how it all started”.
It will be recalled that Pete Edochie, in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, affirmed that he was never aware that Yul had taken a second wife.
Addressing the issue in Igbo parables, he said “Since Yul has decided to bring in a foreign and infested woman into the family, he has invited all the lows, backwardness, pain, insults and so on in this life
He who goes to the farm and gets ants-infested firewoods (amongst all the good firewoods in the farm) shouldn’t be surprised when Lizards start paying him a visit (like lizards disturbing nah).
He made it known that he never knew Yul had taken a second wife.
Speaking further, Pete Edochie spoke on his love for May Edochie, the legitimate wife of his son, Yul Edochie.
Pete gave her ‘her flowers’, as he credited the success of May and Yul’s 18-year marriage to her.
He described May as not just his daughter-in-law, but his beloved as he technically stated that he loves her more than the other wives of his sons.
Singing her praises, he noted how many underestimate May, who he described as exceptionally brilliant and a computer wizard.
He declared that the success of their marriage is to May’s credit as she is a wonderful person.
