The All Progressive Congress (APC) has won 21 out of 25 local government areas in Niger State with 375,183 votes.
The APC defeated the PDP in Niger state with 90,285 votes.
The PDP got 284,898 votes, Labour Party got 80,452 votes and NNPP got 21,836.
The Niger Collation Officer, Professor Clement Allawa, announced the result around 5.15 pm at the INEC Headquarters in Minna.
