Apostle Johnson Suleman of the Omega Fire Ministries has broken his silence on Friday’s deadly attack on his convoy at Auchi, Edo State.

The pastor gave some insight into who may be behind the gruesome attack on his convoy, saying the fight dates back to 2017.

He, however declined to mention names.

Suleiman said that seven people were killed in the bloody attack on his convoy.

The pastor also described the attack as an assassination attempt on his life in a short video he released on Friday night after the dastardly attack.

He said that his life is in the hands of God and nobody can take it.

He said: “Since 2017, there are certain things that have been happening that I have been quiet about.

“Even if you are the most careless person in earth, you will not give yourself to so much scandal.
There are things people don’t know even though one or two people take advantage of that to just come out and say one or two things.

“The reason I am speaking out is that they have done all that and discovered that I am still moving on. They decided to make attempts on my life.

“I just escaped an assassination attempt on my life where seven people were killed. My car was attacked. They kept spraying bullets on the car. My wife and my kids were there.

“The escort car was there. They killed the police, they killed the people in other escort car. Seven people, (they were all moving in the convoy), were killed.

“People expect me to mention their names so that they can come out and deny. I won’t do that but the truth is that you cannot kill me.My life is in the hand of God, I am a man of God.

“Those who are among those attacking me, you are building on what you don’t understand. You may have jumped into the fora because you want to chase clout but you don’t know where the fight started from. There are things you don’t understand.

“You don’t have an idea of what happened during in 2017. You don’t have an idea of what happened, you may come and do your own thing. But it is beyond what you are thinking.

“I am alive for those who have been calling, I am well, family is fine.
I feel bad for the lives that have been taken. We are mourning but Jesus is Lord. And for all those they killed, May their souls Rest In Peace.

“And for the young men who open fire and keep wasting people, I won’t take your life but the seed that you sow, you shall reap it.

“Nigerians don’t know that a coordinated lie swallows an uncoordinated truth. With time, the truth will come out.”
