President Muhammadu Buhari has finally departed for the United Kingdom for his two-week medical vacation.
He was expected to embark on the trip from Nairobi Kenya on Thursday after attending the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) 50th anniversary.
But he raised eyebrows when he returned to Abuja.
According to Sunday Aghaeze, the president’s photographer, Buhari left for London today.
Femi Adesina, the media adviser, had said last week that Buhari’s routine medical checks will last for a maximum of two weeks.
