The spate of violence in the sooutheast continued on Tuesday morning, as unknown gunmen, suspected to be members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, razed down a police station at Arondizuogu in Ideato Local Government Area of Imo State.
According to reports, a police officer was killed during the attack.
The state’s Police Public Relations Officer, Michael Abattam, confirmed the attack, but was unable to give details.
