The Federal lawmaker representing Akure South\Akure North in the House of Representatives, Hon. Adedayo Akomolafe, popularly known as Expensive, is dead.
The popular Akure-born politician died in the early hours of Monday, August 16 in Akure after a brief illness.
He was former chairman of Akure South Local Government and a hugely popular grassroot politician, particularly in Akure and its environ.
He won the election to represent the federal constituency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, defeating the incumbent APC candidate in the 2019 general elections.
